Combined Community Codec Pack is one of the software solutions that are supposed to make audio and video playback a breeze on any Windows workstation, so all updates clearly come in handy to all users.

A new beta version was officially rolled out today, bringing updates for the built-in utilities, as well as improvements for some of the filters needed to play audio and video files.

Combined Community Codec Pack 2013-12-15 Beta offers support for all Windows versions currently on the market, including the new Windows 8.1 that was released by Microsoft in October.

Of course, both 32- and 64-bit versions of the operating systems work just fine, so you can download Combined Community Codec Pack 2013-12-15 Beta regardless of the OS build running right now on your computer.
