Colorful and Tiny USB Flash Drives

The USB flash disk drive is maybe the most popular device when it comes down to transfer data from one machine to another if there is no network connection between them. The popularity of those devices comes from a number of factors and features like relatively high data transfer speeds, persistent storage, ease of manipulation and universal compatibility between machines equipped with USB
ports.

One of the best known computer hardware companies that activates in the field of USB flash drives is
Transcend Information and it just launched its latest line of tiny and brightly colored USB flash drives named JetFlash V35. The USB drives come in several bright and translucent colors like cherry, peppermint, green apple and grape.

The JetFlash V35 series features a compact yet robust design and offer a high price/performance ratio. Because of their thin form factor they can fit easily in stacked USB ports from notebook computers. Currently, the JetFlash V35 series from Transcend Information comes with several storage capacities like 1, 2, 4, and 8GB and apart form the drive itself, the manufacturing company included in the same package a software suite with the following functions: PC-Lock (transform your flash drive into a key to lock down the computer), Secret-Zip (password protected file compression), e-mail, auto login and data back up and synchronization.

The Transcend JetFlash V35 comes packed in a small and light package of only 8 grams and it is compatible with the USB version 2.0 and it still supports the older 1.0 and 1.1 standards. The plug and play design allows the use of these USB flash drives on almost all kinds of computer and operating systems like Microsoft's Windows 98, Me, 200, XP and Vista as well as MacR OS 9.0 or later and Linux distributions based on the Kernel 2.4.2 or later. Like similar flash drive products from Transcend, the JetFlash V35 series is backed up by a lifetime warranty.
