Collage Art lets you cut off any part of your photo and adjust it with filters to create differences between one part and the other (as shown above). The effect gives your photos an artistic, modern look, and you can do it all on your iPhone or iPad. Best of all, the parts you crop can be adjusted (width, height).
Basic filters include Saturation, Hue, Blur, contrast, sharpen, yellowish, and brightness, and 5 special filters are also included, such as B&W sketch, color sketch, emboss, che style, and cinematic black and white.
A Color Pack is available via in-app purchase, allowing you to change any color of the pieces and the background, with adjustable color strength.
