Hollywood hunk Colin Farrell decided to sue his ex-girlfriend, former Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain, in an attempt to stop the selling of the 15-minute sex tape.
According to the suit, Farrell and Narain, who dated for two years, agreed, after the break up, that the 15-minute tape would be jointly owned by them and would remain private.
The lawsuit filed Monday in Superior Court seeks general and compensatory damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale and exploitation of the videotape.
According to America's New York Post newspaper, a man claims to be in possession of a sex tape with Farrell and Narain, who is set to have given him the tape personally.
The man, called JJ, said the 14 minutes tape shows Nicole performing several positions from 'Kama Sutra' with Colin, who tells her "I could do this breakfast, lunch and dinner".
Apparently, Colin compliments Nicole, after sex, by saying "Baby, you have the most beautiful pussy".
The showbiz website defamer.com says, "The sellers are supposedly looking for a seven-figure upfront fee to hand over the tape for release by a distributor. Even if someone was willing to pony up the money, they couldn't release it without Farrell's permission."
