Hollywood hunk Colin Farrell scored big time into a new U.S magazine poll of eligible bachelors. The Irish actor stole American woman's heart, after playing in several blockbusters, like Hart's War, Minority Report, The Recruit, S.W.A.T. and many others.

In the present, Colin is involved in a legal dispute with his former girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain.
He is suing her over the rights on a sex tape they made over two years ago which he claims he understood as being "strictly private and confidential between them".

A judge in Los Angeles has issued a temporary restraining order to prevent her from selling, distributing of showing the tape to anyone.

Regarding the bachelor top, "Desperate Housewives" actor Jesse Metcalfe came second, the "Kingdom of Heaven" star Orlando Bloom came third and "Ocean's Twelve" gang leader George Clooney came fourth.
