I never thought I'd see the day when I'd get to feel sorry for Sienna Miller - but apparently, there is some truth behind that whole "never say never" cliché. And it seems that no matter how much effort one puts into taming the ferocious, coke-snorting ego of UK's (still) number one supermodel, if that someone is called Sienna Miller, there's no way to stop Kate's bitchiness or bitter resentment. You'll be wondering, then, what did Sienna Miller do to deserve Kate's wrath - and the answer is simpler than you might imagine: she started dating one of Kate's closest friends, scruffy Welsh actor Rhys Ifans.
Sienna has been dating the "Notting Hill" actor since August, and has ever since got into a series of rows with Moss, who repeatedly accused her of trying to infiltrate her circle of friends and of trying to steal her style. Yes, I know, that's not at all childish or immature - but hey, when bitchy, boozing, good-looking women are doing it, it's called "tumultuous lifestyle". Not that I'm defending Sienna, who's been known to be a foul-mouthed, annoying brat on more than one occasion - it just so happens that I feel a little sorry for her.
Sienna was reportedly left fuming after Rhys' close friend Kate Moss snubbed her offer of help before a friend's party. "Rhys has felt a huge hole in his life where his friends used to be. He thought if he could swing Kate around he would be able to get his other friends back on side", says a source. So, poor Rhys (kidding, I don't feel too bad for him, either) is also taking heat for his growing affection for Sienna. How touching is that, you think?
"He persuaded Sienna to call Kate the night before Davinia Taylor's 30th birthday party and to ask if she needed any help. He told Sienna it would really help if she called Kate. When she [Sienna] called and asked Kate if she needed help preparing for the party Kate laughed the offer off, patronisingly called her 'a sweetheart' and told her to have a good night", the source also reports. What is it with these two bitches? Isn't it enough to have loads of money in the bank, be world-famous and have a great career? Or maybe this is the whole point of the argument, with back-on-drugs Moss being just a tiny bit jealous of Sienna, who is younger and whose acting career is just taking off.
In the end, it seems that Kate did get to have a go at Sienna at the party, probably after she's had a few drinks and possibly something a little stronger, too. The 33-year-old catwalk queen was overheard warning Sienna she would have "an enemy for life" if she hurt Rhys. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Sienna looked mortified as Kate laid down the law, telling her not to hurt Rhys. Sienna feels humiliated and is furious with Rhys, Kate and the whole situation". Yes, just as I was saying - being famous definitely spells getting bored big time, so why not spice up your life with a little bitchiness? That one never gets old...
