Following weeks of speculation as to who will be replacing the late actor Paul Walker in the “Fast & Furious 7” movie, it's now being rumored that it will be Paul's brother, Cody Walker, the producers want to use to finish the uncompleted production.

While the Internet speculated that it could be Justin Bieber who might replace Paul Walker, confidential sources from the production team say they are thinking of approaching Cody for the possibility of playing his brother's body double.

Daily Mail claims to have spoken with these sources, who said, “Producers had a string of meetings right after Paul's death. They soon realized they needed someone who looked like Paul to finish the movie and that's when they approached his nearly identical brother, Cody.”

The theory is that he has roughly the same frame and even the same facial traits, which should be indiscernible when viewed from a distance.

For the close-up shots, the producers think they will just put Paul's face on Cody's body using CGI and other special effects.

Cody is said to have done previous film work as stuntman, so there shouldn't be any issue of experience here. The only issue is probably a moral one, since Walker's family is still grieving the tragic and sudden loss of the actor.

It's not very difficult to imagine that the 25-year-old Cody is still mourning the loss of his older brother and stepping in his shoes anytime soon would be very emotional. But, on the other hand, it will give producers the chance to give Paul's character a proper send-off in the film, one that all fans think he deserves.

What is your opinion? Do you think using Paul's brother to finish the movie is a tasteless move or is it honoring the memory of the actor in a proper way? Let us know in the comments section below.
