Codemasters Online Gaming (COG) recently announced the launch of a series of monthly podcasts called "The COGcast", a light humored show designed to keep MMORPG players up to date with the latest news on Codemasters' Online titles, which include ArchLord, Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, RF Online and
The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar.

Hosted by a COG team consisting of Ed Relf (Director of Marketing), Ed Blincoe (Product Marketing Manager) and Kyle Rowley (Community Liaison Officer), the show will include the latest news on current and upcoming games, exclusive interviews with game producers and behind the scenes information on MMO production, as well as feature competitions and promotions.

"I'm a huge fan of podcasts and am delighted that we now have our own regular Codemasters Online Gaming show. Podcasting is another great way to communicate with our community in a fun, informal way and provide a more personal insight into the world of MMOs and the teams that make them," commented Ed Relf.

The first episode of the show is already available and received positive feedback from the Codemasters community. The next episode is said to be coming soon, at a yet unannounced date. For those interested, the current COGcast can be found here.
