14 DAY TRIAL // Clutter, a GObject based library for creating fast, visually rich, graphical user interfaces which works by manipulating a scene-graph of 2D surfaces, or 'actors', inside a 3D space, is now at version 1.9.4.
The developers have stated that Clutter 1.9.4 is an unstable snapshot and should be treated as such, which means there are no compatibility guarantees for API added during a development cycle. Installing this release will overwrite the present version.
Highlights of Clutter 1.9.4:
· A new scene graph API has been added in ClutterActor which means that all actors can be containers; · Some layout management updates have been implemented; · ClutterTextBuffer, a class that provides a storage for the contents of a ClutterText actor, has been added; · ClutterGroup, ClutterBox, and ClutterRectangle have been deprecated; · ClutterTimeline can now parse markers from ClutterScript; · A diagnostic mode has been added; · The Wayland backend has received some updates; · A few minor bugfixes.
