Clutter, a GObject-based library for creating fast, visually rich, graphical user interfaces, which works by manipulating a scene-graph of 2D surfaces, or “actors,” inside a 3D space, is now at version 1.14.2.
Clutter makes use of the OpenGL for rendering and it's easy to use, providing a generic foundation for higher-level toolkits.
Highlights of Clutter 1.14.2:
• A redraw is now ensured the stage is made visible under Wayland. This means that it's now possible to update the contents of the stage, when toggling its visibility; • A build that has debug messages enabled has been fixed; • Various documentation fixes have been implemented; • This version is API and ABI compatible with the current stable release of Clutter.
