They are part of the Poker series and have triple-slot, triple-fan coolers

The AMD Radeon R9 290 and 290X graphics cards are large and bulky on their best day, but Club 3D figured it wouldn't hurt anyone if they were even thicker than usual, so it went all out when it made the Radeon R9 290X and R9 290 royalAce.

Which is to say, despite that the normal graphics cards have dual-slot coolers, the new ones from Club 3D are both triple-slot.

The coolers are thick indeed, with larger fin arrays (two each, connected via thick heatpipes) than normal and three fans each.

And since they are part of the Poker series and the Ace is supposed to be the strongest card in the game, we can safely assume that Club 3D won't launch anything better than these two for a while yet.

Speaking of good and better, the clocks of the cards are known well. The R9 290X royalAce has GPU clocks of up to 1050 MHz and a memory frequency of 5.4 GHz.

For the sake of comparison, the reference board works at 1 GHz and 5 GHz, respectively.

Meanwhile, the R9 290 royalAce offers 1040 MHz and 5.4 GHz GPU/memory clocks, as opposed to the normal 947 MHz and 5 GHz, respectively.

Unfortunately, Club 3D did not say what prices its R9 290X royalAce and R9 290 royalAce sported.
