It was only a few hours after he was awarded the position that an angel-shaped cloud appeared in the sky above Royal Palm Beach in South Florida, Digital Journal reports. The cloud formation resembles an angel with spread wings, surrounded by a distinct glow.
"We saw this tonight at Military and Lake Worth Rd. Followed it all the way north... and by the time we got home she had a huge halo. It was amazing," witness Carol Shoupe Tognacci describes.
