Clonezilla Live, a Linux distribution based on DRBL, Partclone and udpcast, that allows users to do bare metal backup and recovery, is now at version 2.1.0-26.

As usual, a new version of Clonezilla Live, in this case 2.1.0-26, comes with a lot of changes and major updates to the operating system.

Highlights of Clonezilla Live 2.1.0-26:

• The underlying GNU/Linux operating system was upgraded. This release is based on the Debian Sid repository as of February 26, 2013; • The Linux kernel was updated to 3.2.39-1; • Multipath devices, e.g. /dev/cciss/c0d0, are now supported natively. Linking them to /dev/sd[a-z] is no longer necessary; • A "blkdev.list" info file was added in the image directory; • Xen disk (/dev/xvd[a-z]) was added as a supported device; • Package partclone was updated to 0.2.58.drbl1.
