Clonezilla Live 1.2.10-14 Stable Released, Download Now

Steven Shiau proudly announced the final and stable release of its popular Clonezilla Live operating system, used for cloning hard disk drives.

Clonezilla Live 1.2.10-14 is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures and includes major improvements and various bugfixes, see the official changelog for details.

The new Clonezilla Live 1.2.10-14 is now based on the Debian Sid repository (as of September 22nd) and it is powered by Linux kernel 3.0.0-3.

Among other updated applications included in Clonezilla Live 1.2.10-14 we can mention Partclone 0.2.29, Gdisk 0.8.0 (compiled without Unicode support) and iPXE 20110910.

libicu44 has been removed from this release, which makes the Clonezilla Live 1.2.10-14 ISO image smaller by about 6 MB. Also, the partclone-utils package and German language files were added.
