Clearway Software announced on Monday the launch of their software solutions designed for Microsoft Online Services. The company's business intelligence visualization products, Clearway GeoAnalyzer, SmartGrid and SmartChart, which are award-winning solutions, have been released both as cloud-based and standalone applications.

“Clearway is committed to making applications accessible to users via browser, desktop, and mobile devices, whether hosted on-premises or in the cloud. Clearway is uniquely positioned to offer customers the choices they require for their users and computing environments,” said Gene Rodgers, president and chief operating officer of Clearway. Stephan Schirrecker, director, Partner Strategy at Microsoft Corp., commented: “With this solution, Clearway has shown how partners can add value on top of the suite by delivering innovative solutions utilizing the Business Productivity Online Suite.”

In addition, Gene Rodgers believes that the recent release will continue to demonstrate Clearway’s determination to provide cloud computing software that is developed to extend upon Microsoft Online Services. On the other hand, Stephan Schirrecker states that Microsoft values its connection with Clearway due to its constant commitment to build solutions that give additional functionality to the Business Productivity Online Suite.

Furthermore, Raheel Retiwalla, chief technology officer at Clearway, said that by providing these apps using Microsoft Online Services they could offer their users the possibility to easily and quickly manage solutions and achieve the projected goals. Also, she considers that cloud computing comes with numerous advantages, among which are the lower cost of ownership and the accelerated deployments, but also the scalable infrastructure and access anywhere. Moreover, it appears that the company will try to launch several other cloud-based services until the end of 2009, in order to meet the requirements of its customers.

Clearway is currently known as a global supplier of professional solutions and innovative products. This Boston-based company has created several applications so far, such as GeoAnalyzer, SmartGrid, SmartChart, and OLAP Filter, and it is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner.
