Classy Darksiders II Trailer Shows a Detailed View of Death

Darksiders II also saw a trailer released over the weekend, alongside many other games because of the 2011 Video Game Awards, this time taking a classy look at the game’s protagonist, Death, who picks up from where his brother War, who starred in the first Darksiders game last year, left off.

While War tried to stop the ensuing Apocalypse that destroyed the Earth in the original game, Death now wants to get to the bottom of the events, and seeks to redeem his brother by finding out who actually started this catastrophic chain of events.

While we don’t get to see any bit of gameplay, as the new Darksiders 2 video just focuses on highlighting Death’s design, we do get some awesome taglines, including ‘What starts with War ends with Death’ or ‘Death Lives in 2012’ which reminds us of the 2012 release date of the game.
