We know we said that the pop princess is taking this Marilyn Monroe look a bit too far but, judging by her appearance at the Video Music Awards, we bow and stand corrected. Walking on the red carpet, Christina was like a fairy tale princess who just came from her Magic Land to spread the joy to us, mortals.
Her outfit was positively gorgeous, from the trail and the sewn-in crystals (?), to the way she matched her lipstick with her nail polish and her jewels to the dress. But Christina was gorgeous, first and foremost, because of the way she carried herself.
Long gone are the days when she made public appearances in mini skirts and handkerchiefs tied on her boobies and passing for tops! Today, 'The Voice' is all about glamour and style... and class.

What more can we say? We were so pleasingly surprised when we saw her that we're almost speechless. We could almost (almost, I say) fall even for that innocent look in her eyes and on her face, although we know that, deep inside, she is still the same Dirty girl as she was two years ago, only with more style.
From all the ladies that attended the VMA red-carpet ceremony, I say we give Christina the 'Best Dressed' prize. I mean, there is not one single bad thing that one could say about the outfit she wore. Or, is there?
