The 40-year-old supermodel and mother of two has always been believed as having made a name for herself only by natural good looks. The question of plastic surgery was never raised when it came to Cindy Crawford and she never even hinted at having any 'work' done on her face.
After she somehow retired from modeling, Cindy launched her own line of cosmetic products, called 'Meaningful Beauty' and which includes facial masks, skin softening cleaners and neck rejuvenating creams. She always stood by her brand and her face was more than enough incentive to make women buy her products.
But, in her latest interview with 'Gala' magazine, Cindy came clean and admitted to having been subject to plastic intervention ever since she was 29 years old. 'I have a very simple, healthy life, which works miracles. I drink a lot of water, watch what I eat and exercise. But I owe the quality of my skin to my cosmetic surgeon', the beauty said.
Until a while ago, Crawford claimed that her secret to perfect skin was a mixture of ground coffee and olive oil when, in fact, it was a wide range of beautification procedures, ranging from Botox to collagen and vitamin injections. 'I'm not going to lie to myself: past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin but, in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, Botox and collagen.', were Cindy's exact words.

Although many side with the model for being honest, there still is the question of the women who bought her creams and lotions in the belief of looking some day just like her. Especially as all her ads had her saying, quote, 'I believe Meaningful Beauty is the best skin care available, and soon you will be able to discover the difference yourself. Improve the tone and texture of your skin. Reduce the look of lines and wrinkles.'
