A new flavor of the Google Chrome Beta mobile browser is now available for download for the owners of Android devices, namely version 28.0.1500.64.

The new application release arrives with a variety of crash fixes packed inside, and should deliver an overall better performance to its users, but doesn’t bring major changes along.

Following the update, users will see resolved issues with the on-screen keyboard being automatically dismissed when replying to an email in Gmail, and with a white flash when creating new tab page.

Another resolved bug relates to the “Starting download...” toast being displayed when user taps Cancel, the available release notes unveil.

The new browser iteration, still a beta release, arrives with a series of known issues inside, including one that affects the landscape mode, with the page jumping up and down.
