Improves support for on-screen keyboard on Windows 8 Metro mode

Google updated Chrome dev channel to build 21.0.1171.0. One of the most important particularities for this release is that it also works on Windows 8 Metro UI.

However, the new Chrome Dev works with the touch-intended Metro interface only if it is set as the default web browser on the system, otherwise the Metro link opens up the desktop version.

Looks are very much similar to the regular Chrome (check gallery images below), but the Metro-intended version seems more appropriate for touch-centric environments, especially when you open up the “Customize and control” panel. Synchronization works perfectly, allowing you to open pages from the desktop edition into the Metro app and vice-versa.

The new things available in this revision refer to HTML5 audio/video and WebAudio, which now support 24-bit PCM Wave files. There is also improved support for on-screen keyboard on Windows 8 in Metro mode and some Windows 8 crashes and performance regressions have been resolved.
