Minor changes see frame rendering fixed on Windows

Given the scarcity of changes in the version Dev 16.0.904.0 of Chrome Dev, it is a minor one, but this does not mean that the developers were not hard at work squashing bugs and improving the release.

Although the new version is available for all four supported platforms, the main modifications concern only Windows and Mac users.

On Windows, the change refers to a bug that caused errors with rendering the window frame when focus would shift from the active to the inactive tab. If you held down left click button of the mouse you would notice that the window frame would no longer be glossy, but grey out instead.

Mac users will see a more refined avatar menu bubble and witness a comeback to the old bookmark menus, since the new model would not react to right-click or drag and drop action.
