While women all over the world are striving to make it through the holidays with as few extra pounds as possible, Donna Simpson of New Jersey, US, has only one thing on her mind: to become world’s fattest woman.

Consequently, her Christmas dinner was more like a 2-hour eating marathon for one, where she consumed enough calories to sustain a small community of housewives with an eye out for their figure, the Daily Mail says.

As we also noted on a previous occasion, Simpson wants to get too 1,000 lbs, claiming she feels more beautiful, more confident and overall better when she’s heavier.

She says she’s not harming anyone by being this fat and by striving to be the world’s fattest woman, and she’s very proud of working for a website where people pay her to watch her eat.

As such, it’s not much of a surprise that she thinks of Christmas as the perfect time to “let go.” Her dinner amounted to a whopping 30,000 calories – and she ingested all of it in a 2-hour sitting.

“The single mother-of-two tucked into two 25lb turkeys, two maple-glazed hams, 15lbs of potatoes (10lbs roast, 5lbs mashed), five loaves of bread, five pounds of herb stuffing, four pints of gravy, four pints of cranberry dressing and an astonishing 20lbs of vegetables,” the Mail says of the woman’s “dinner.”

To this feast, she added a desert consisting of a mixture of marshmallows, cookies, whipped cream and cream cheese, all for a grand total of £150. Her two kids had to make due with a little less.

“I eat as much as I want, whenever I want but at this time of year I really go all out,” the 46-year-old Simpson says in defense of her Christmas dinner and her goal of becoming the world’s fattest woman.

“Christmas should give you carte blanche to do whatever you want,” she says. Said and done in her case, though she usually goes overboard on a daily basis, consuming 12,000 calories a day.

“People who feel guilty about eating are hilarious,” she adds, insisting she’s healthy. She maintains she’s not “harming anybody” by being this fat and by looking to attain her “ideal” weight of 1,000 lbs.
