14 DAY TRIAL // For months, singer and television personality Christina Aguilera has been harshly criticized for her fashion, her makeup, her weight gain and her apparent inability to dress for her body. All that seems to have changed as she debuted a much improved look hours ago.
Though she’s no longer a judge on NBC’s The Voice because she’s taking time off TV to focus on her music career, Christina still put in an appearance at a recent promo event for the show – and boy did she look good!
We’re not talking just the weight loss either because, frankly, Christina was fine before if she was healthy and happy with her body. She just did not seem to know how to dress for her type of body.
Various media outlets note that Christina’s biggest improvement isn’t the fact that she’s lost weight and / or has found a dress that flatters her body, but rather that she’s finally going easy on the makeup.
Granted, she’s still fake tanned but, for a change, she doesn’t look like she’s been dipped in bronzer anymore.

As for the weight loss, if she’s doing it right, it’s ok.
In recent interviews, Christina has repeatedly addressed reports that she’s gained “too much” weight, saying she was a curvy woman now, mother of one, proud of the way she looked.
If she seemed too heavy now it was because she too thin before, she said in a more recent interview. She could never go back to that because she’s no longer a girl and is no longer willing to put herself through hell to get that figure back.
