14 DAY TRIAL // It’s officially on: Christina Aguilera has kicked off her promo tour for “Lotus,” her brand new studio album which will be out in music stores by the end of the year. Here she is talking to Jay Leno about it.

Christina stopped by Jay to push her new album, talk about her reasons for taking some time off The Voice, the hit NBC music competition and, because Jay wanted it, to recall how she too got started in the industry on a similar show.
As in her previous interviews, Aguilera stresses that she’s not out of The Voice for good but merely taking some time off to focus on her own music career.
She also says that “Lotus,” with leading single “Your Body,” which got an official music video late last week, is a present for her fans.
