14 DAY TRIAL // Tonight, NBC’s The Voice will announce the winner of the latest season, with Jacquie Lee from Team Xtina being one of the 3 contenders for the top position. Above is her final performance on the show before the finals, with mentor and judge Christina Aguilera.
Dressed both in red, the two performed “We Remain” from “The Hunger Games” OST and, while I imagine it must be pretty intimidating to stand besides Aguilera and actually duet with her, Jacquie more than delivered.
Christina too toned it down a bit and let her have her time in the spotlight. Together, they made an amazing pair who delivered one of the most touching moments of the night.
And it was only fitting that they did, since this was Jacquie’s last chance to get viewers to vote for her.
“We have arrived at the most important night of these performances. Tonight these finalists have one last chance to prove why they deserved to be The Voice. They go head to head for the very last time,” host Carson Daly said at the start of the show.
