Christina Aguilera 'Back to Basics'

The jazzy Christina is currently on tour promoting her latest album and her brand new image. On July 20, she did her stuff in front of a packed audience, dressed in a sexy tight sailor suit and high heels.

Aguilera, also known as The Voice for her outstanding vocals, performed for her fans a few tracks from her 'Back to Basics' material, including 'Ain't No Other Man', 'Understand' and 'Candyman' and then moved on to the singles that virtually made her a star, 'Lady Marmalade' and 'You're Beautiful'.

The show lasted for about 40 minutes but fans had a big and unpleasant surprise at the end of it, when the singer announced that she may be considering an early retirement from the music stage.

She also said that many of her tracks are laid against an autobiographical content, a thing more obvious on her latest album.

She has been married to music producer Jordan Bratman for a while now and she just told MTV that she is planning to take a longer break, sometime in the foreseeable future, to settle down. 'I'm going to do one more album and then consider settling down and having kids'.

Christina is also thinking of removing her many body piercings to symbolize the new stage of her life, that of married woman: 'This is my new image now. That was in the past. I am an artist who is forever changing', the singer told MTV.
