14 DAY TRIAL // Chris Brown's girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran, is getting death threats from Rihanna fans. Since things seem on the verge of getting completely out of control, she's started to travel accompanied by bodyguards at all times.
TMZ reports that Karrueche won't even leave the house these days without Chris' security men.
She's afraid that furious Rihanna fans might carry out some of the threats they've been sending her on Twitter and other social networking websites.
“Chris Brown’s GF is scared to leave her house without bodyguards by her side – and she's telling friends, it's all because Rihanna's crazy fans are threatening to kill her,” the celebrity e-zine reports.
The whole thing seems to have started when the pop star reportedly dissed her on Twitter last week, posting a photo of rice cakes with sunglasses and earrings and the text “Ima a make u my [expletive].”
Because Karrueche is Vietnamese, many assumed Rihanna was dissing her with the joke.
Apparently, her fans were convinced of it.
“Several of Rihanna's fans took the joke one step too far – unleashing an avalanche of violent threats on Karrueche, like 'I hope Rihanna beat the dog [expletive] outa yo [expletive]!'... 'Watch yo back'... and 'I will kill you',” TMZ reports.
“Rihanna never admitted the rice cake jab was directed at Karrueche – but sources close to Karrueche tell TMZ, she now refuses to leave her house without Chris Brown's hired muscle by her side,” says the same e-zine.
All this time, Chris is being very supportive of his girlfriend, even though he's been getting very close to Rihanna these past few months.
In fact, if one is to believe reports online, they might have been doing more than that.
Word has it that Chris Brown and Rihanna have actually been “hooking up” all along, at a time when the world thought they were having no contact as a result of the incident 3 years ago, when Chris beat her to a pulp in a fit of rage.
Sources even claim that Karrueche knows about the ongoing on-and-off affair, but she won't mention a word of it to Chris because they have an open relationship and she knows she might lose him if she does.
