Chris Brown is in trouble again: after he emerged from rehab earlier this month after a mere 2-week stay, word is out that he didn’t actually complete the treatment as he let people understand, but was kicked out because he threw another violent tantrum.

Brown’s track record is as colorful as it’s long, since his most recent problems stem from the 2009 incident in which he beat then-girlfriend Rihanna to a pulp in a fit of rage. He went to rehab in Malibu for anger management issues to avoid jail time due to an incident that constituted parole violation in the Rihanna case.

TMZ reports that things didn’t really pan out as he’d hoped and yes, this time too, Chris has his flammable temper to blame. He was kicked out of rehab because he flew into a fit during a family session in rehab and threw a rock at his mom’s car, shattering the window.

“The report goes on to say without continued therapy and a strong recovery support network, Probation says his prognosis is ‘very guarded’,” TMZ notes, citing the progress report from rehab.

However, Chris isn’t going to be spending too much time at home even though he was kicked out of the program. Just hours ago, he and his attorney were in court for the same parole violation and, as the video below will confirm, he’s going back to rehab – just to another facility this time.

In fact, Chris won’t even be spending Christmas at home because he’s been sentenced to 90 days in a court-ordered rehabilitation program, at a facility of his choice as long as it’s in LA County and approved by Probation.

While in rehab, the R&B star must also submit to drug testing, which means he’s not allowed any prescription medication unless it’s recommended by his direct supervisors at the rehab center. If he doesn’t comply with all this, Chris could be sent to jail. Which is to say, this is pretty much his last chance.
