Cho, New Ryzom Ring Server

French based developer Nevrax announced that an additional server for Ryzom and Ryzom Ring was opened.
The server was named Cho, and will give all Ryzom players the chance to explore, conquer and control new territories. Ryzom Ring, the expansion pack for Ryzom can also be played on the server.

The new server is not for French players only, as the developer planned it out to be international by implementing English as the main language. Speaking customer support is also available. The platform used by the Nevrax engineers is an open source one called NeL.

Players who will visit Cho and play Ryzom Ring will have available all the tools necessary to shape the game to their own will by creating new scenarios and events using Ryzoms' maps, buildings and creatures. Ryzoms' storyline begins in a tragic way as hordes of Kitins started a campaign of bloody battles and genocide against the Athys civilization.

Finally the Athis civilization became extinct in the Great Swarming. But there still remain a few representatives of the Athis civilization, who now join forces to reclaim what was rightfully theirs. They try to take revenge on Kitins using their skills, which vary from sorcery to tradecraft. Of course they still know how to fight, so players "hungry" for blood will enjoy bloodthirsty battles.
