If one thing is certain when it comes down to popular gadgets it that sooner or later a Chinese knock-off will make its appearance, the iPad getting a lot of clones along the way although this latest one seems to be a lot better than all the other iPad wannabes available out there.

When you take a look at this clone, the first thing that comes trough your mind is how similar this Android tablet is to the real thing, the Chinese company responsible with building this Android slate doing everything in their power to make it look as much as possible to Apple's 10 inch tablet.

And the similarities don't end here since this tablet also features a 9.7 inch capacitative display (just like the iPad) although it packs quite a different operating system, this clone going for Android 2.2.

This means that Adobe Flash support is pretty much a given, the tablet coming with a 800MHz iMX515 processors based on the Cortex-A8 core as well as 512MB of RAM memory and 4GB of internal storage space.

Judging by the enclosed video, the tablet seems to be pretty responsive, although there are some moments when lag is present even though no processor intensive tasks are run, such as Flash video playback.

This however, doesn't come as a huge surprise since Chinese knock-offs usually have problems when it comes down to functionality, the button setup used for this clone also coming as a concern since it doesn't feature a back button.

I am sure this will lead to some problems when it comes down to usability since Android relies pretty heavily on that key for a decent user experience, a home button just not being enough.

End of it all, I am gonna let you take a look at this thing in action in the enclosed video so you can make up your own mind. (via CrunchGear)
