Anna Ayala of California, known in the press as the chili-finger lady for trying to scam Wendy's by placing a severed finger inside her meal and asking for compensation, will be going back to jail.

As I reported, Ayala mislead the police by hiding her son's accidental gun shot and claiming two men had shot him.

She gave the police their physical description, leading them to two neighbors that she had a grudge on.

According to the Christian Post, she stands to be going to prison once again after pleading guilty to giving a false report, possession and being an accessory to a felony.

Her admittance of guilt should lower her sentence, but sentencing has been set for September.

"I understand where the judge is coming from, but I respectfully disagree. Four years would have been reasonable since she has a history of manipulating the system," Prosecutor Bret Wasley argues.
