DoudouLinux, a distribution built for children that strives to make computer usage and other assorted activities a lot more fun and interesting, is now at version 2.1.
DoudouLinux 2.1 has finally arrived with a lot of new features, and the developers have stressed that this is a very important release.
Highlights of DoudouLinux 2.1:
• Support has been added for ad-hoc Wi-Fi networks, aka hotspots; • The latest printer drivers from openprinting.org have been included; • A new application to monitor computer use has been added; • A new application to explain how to support the project has been implemented; • Many translation updates and a new official language, Punjabi, have been added; • A nicer application launcher notification has been added; • The administration rights of activities have been fixed.
