Entrepreneur Julie Baker has started Pampered Poultry, selling accessories for the discerning farmer.
The chicken diaper will allow you to spend less time cleaning after the poultry. Unfortunately, it wouldn't help you explain to on-lookers why you have dressed up your chickens like infants.
KUNC relays that they also offer saddles for those romantic times for hens and roosters. It appears that these are useful for protecting the hens.
"A rooster isn't particularly kind to a hen when they mate. He grabs her by the back and pulls her feathers out," Baker describes.
That sounds reasonable, but I don't know how the rooster will get the hen's diaper off, though.
