Money can fix just about any problem in this world, a point proven to be true, as singer Cheryl Cole has agreed to make her official return to the reality talent show on ITV, The X Factor. After she has recently confirmed that she will be joining the panel of judges, the network's officials have expressed their delight.

“We're thrilled to be announcing Cheryl's return to The X Factor panel. She was an extremely popular judge who struck a real chord with our viewers, and we're looking forward to welcoming her back on screen this autumn,” Elaine Bedell, ITV's director of comedy and entertainment, said in a statement according to Digital Spy.

She will be joined in the judge's seat by Simon Cowell, who has also confirmed he will be returning to the British version of the show, after the American one was canceled due to poor performances.

At the moment, there is no news as to who might eventually fill the remaining two seats on the show, as Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne have both decided to leave X Factor, but it's suspected that Louie Walsh is on top of that list.

As for Cheryl, this won't be her first time on the show, since she's served as a judge before, for three series, between 2008 and 2010, but was unceremoniously relieved of her position, causing some friction between her and the management of X Factor.
