Cher never agrees to do morning performances because, she says, she’s not a morning person so she refuses to miss out on her beauty sleep. She made an exception for The Today Show just hours ago – and her fans must be thrilled that she did.

The 67-year-old diva is now promoting her brand new album “Closer to the Truth.” She also recently announced she’d be embarking on a new tour, “Dressed to Kill,” so it’s safe to say she has a lot on her plate right now.

Wearing what looked like Justin Bieber pants (but somehow making it work) and rocking a brunette wig, Cher performed her dance single “Woman’s World” and treated fans to a first listen of a ballad that will be included on the album.

It’s called “I Hope You Find It,” and you can hear it in the second video embedded with this blog post. It’s beautiful.

Say what you will about Cher and about her style eccentricities, her many wigs, and obvious love of plastic surgery, but she has a voice that simply defies time.
