Cher Blasts DWTS Judges After Chaz Bono's Elimination

I personally think that the creature shouldn't of even been on the show.It is a shame that a beautiful woman like its partner had to dance with it.This world is going to hell.

You might be a little insensitive. I do not promote transgenderism at all, but the fact is Chaz is not a good enough dancer to continue on in the competition.

Bigfoot you are the creature and it's creatures like you that are sending this world to hell. You don't have an ounce of understanding or compassion. Your worthless opinion is just that worthless. First of all, who are you to judge who is going to hell! God tells us to love one another as you do yourself.Whatever No Matter what any of us have done in our lives, just remember God loves each and every one of us. If you are stating Chaz's decision will send him to hell than I feel so sorry for you, as God loves each and everyone one of us and we have alll sinned against God in one way or another.God will forgive all of us including people with hate and anger. Are you out of your mind, if you have one? How can a human being, which I assume you are, call Chaz "a creature". Are you God? You need to take some lessons on being a human being.

OMG...A human is a human and I can not believe you just wrote that. If you wrote that you are worse that what you are claiming Chaz to be. I may not agree with transgender, but Chaz is a person with a great heart and soul. And with a mind like yours, you will be the one going to hell. I know he had no experience before but you cannot keep voting for someone who cannot dance. As for his weight, there have been other large people on the show who have progressed further. It is a popularity contest more than actual talent up to this point. Now it becomes who has both!

Hi Roxwench~ I do hate to disagree with you, but what about Kirsty Alley who made it to the finals last season. I am not saying that Chaz was the greatest dancer, but he did not desearve the comments that were thrown at him by the judges, especially Bruno. That was just wrong.

Calm down, Cher. The judges were not unfair at all. This was a dance contest, not a personality contest and if you would have supported him more and showed up on the show more, you would have known he couldn't dance.

bruno was very unkind with many of his comments. Calling him names like ewok and penguin are not helpful. critique him on his dance skills not his body type.

I understand that it is not a personality contest, but he didn't desearve to be called an ewok, a penguin, and all the other cruel remarks. That is what I think Chaz and Cher were talking about. I believe they understood that he did not dance well and if he was voted off that was ok, But don't be cruel.

Chaz should have been eliminated weeks ago. It cannot dance and has been horrendous since the beginning. If anything, I thought the judges were too soft on Chaz! Get real Cher . . . several good dancers were eliminated while Chaz remained even though there was absolutely NO DANCE ABILITY THERE!

I agree, I was really disappointed when some of the others were elimanated and Chaz was still there.

Totally agree. Chaz should have been elinated weeks ago; I though judges favored him at times because of his gender change and weight disadvantage. Couldn't understand who was voting for him, since his dancing abilities were an embarrassment.

I wish people would stop calling Chaz Bono an it. I am a female, and I cannot image what it would be like to have a male body and feel the way I do. I would beg, borrow and steal to change my body to match my soul.

Stop calling Chaz It -- That is so very disrespectful, if this was your family you wouldn't like that. I'm not taking sides because I feel you have one chance to live this life so be happy what ever you do. What erks me is the judges - they are not fair & haven't been, you could tell a couple seasons ago that Len was picking on Lacy even then, they are not fair judges at all. Max was right -- Len !!!!!!!!

He can't dance. Simple. He is talented in other ways, was enjoyable to watch, but, it IS a dance competition. Regardless, I am sure he will now enjoy dancing at a new level.....For pure entertainment, he was the best to watch. Carson is/was entertaining, but he was worse at dancing.

I personally do not believe in gender change. Chaz was born a woman, and now trying to act like a man. I believe he would have made a BEAUTIFUL woman, if he had just given it a chance. He really doesn't appear as happy as he trys to convince everyone that this was the right thing for him to do. I feel sad for him!!??/

Chaz as she is called now is not a man and never will be, and she can't dance, Lacy must be relieved. She lasted this long because the gay community voted for her week after week. Cher should shut up and stop whining.

The world is going to hell because of ppl that don't know compassion or can't accept ppl for what they are. If there were no news media, especially in showbiz, you wouldn't have known what Chaz did to HIS body and you wouldn't be so judgemental. I'm sure if we put the media on you, we'd find some skeletons in your closet! What are we living in pre-civil war era again? Grow up ppl and show some compassion. Sorry Chaz, I feel bruno was a rough on you with his comments, perhaps they were lost in translation I hope! However, that being said, I do believe it was past time for you to leave, although I am proud of what you stood for, it was painful watching you feel berated on the show. Perhaps DWTS should give physicals for contestestants prior to having them commit to the show. After all this is a dancing compitioin not a biggest loser compitition. I once saw a man have a heart attack and die, while swing dancing, this was at a private club, just saying ... and Kudos to Maks for voicing his oppinion. Juddging is one thing, being totally insulting is another, the boys could take a few lessons from Carrie Anne, I love Len, but Sir, if you can dish it out, you certainly should be able to take it and I believe you did that well!

This is supposed to be a dance competition and Chaz could not dance and should have gone week 2, he tried hard and should have never received the criticism that he did from Len and Bruno and then we had the drama queen who was trying to be nice. He had a good experience and let it go and hope the show realizes it got what it wanted....controversary and not a good dancer...time to go and not look back.

Cher needs to sit her tail down... Chaz could not dance....there was no rthym and hell.... every mother should root for their kid, but the only reason Chaz was still there cause his/her mother got folks to vote and so did his/her new found community. Cher is also forgetting that none of them had dance experience... she's REAL lucky Chaz got as far as last night. Geez, get a grip lady... your kid wasn't good enough to go all the way.... BUT, Chaz wasn't the only one to say they felt the judges were biased or felt they had something against them. I'm still not sure why Chaz was even on the show.... Chaz has done what... a sex change and that makes you a star.... go sit down some where!

Chaz may not be the greatest dancer, but he gave it his best shot.

I think Chaz should have been eliminated 3 or 4 weeks ago. I dont think Len was rude to him, but Bruno was. Bruno once called Billy Ray Cyrus "crap" and always makes suggestive sexual comments to the ladies. He should be fired.

i thought chaz bono did very well on his dance. This is a big man and I thought he carried it off very well. I wish he could have stayed. It is admirable that he tried so hard. I was hoping he could stay and continue to lose weight. I hope he continues with his dancing and continues to lose weight. I agree with the comments lacy made. This is a dancing competition and the comments Bruno made in comparison to animals and Chaz were completely out of line. Chaz seems like a very gentle spirit and I'm glad so many went with him for the award he was honered with. People shouldn't be so critical of his decisions until they've walked a mile in his shoes. Hope much happiness and success in his life.

How can they say he or she whatever he she is. First and foremost was he couldn't dance. I'm surprised he survived this long. Another tv show gone wrong.

HELLO!!! People go on the show to prove they can do it with the goal of success. People go on to lose weight and they have. Great for them. How in the world does going on DWTS show the world a different type of man?? REALLY ask urself that question!! Then get a real life!! They only person that is going to make oneself happy is THEM!! Steve Wazniak couldn't dance either and they made fun of him!! Why?? "cause he looked funny!! Chaz got ribbed cause he looked funny!! You say 'cause he was different?? Your problem because maybe you haven't gotten over the fact that he is I would venture to say!!

Here is the real reason Chaz was not eliminated sooner. If he had been judged on the dancing he would have been gone in week one or two and then Mama Cher would have torn the show apart. Maybe this will be a lesson learned concerning who they bring on the show.

The contestants are not professional dancers. The judges can't seam to get in there heads, and they do have there favorites.

I agree. The Judges, Len and Bruno, were a bit prejudicial towards Chaz. I also believe that Chaz danced well enough to stay for more weeks to come. However, the judges do sway the votes of the viewers and I personally called to vote for Chaz until I could not call anymore. He is not the best dancer but his soul and attitude and personality shine through. I love Chaz and wish him well in his future endevours.

He or IT never had any business being on there in the 1st place, it was only because it was a pay off to the TV GAY community he went as far as IT did.

I do think Lin and Bruno picked on Chaz. He wasn't as bad as they said. Their rude comments should not be tolerated by the show's exec. The "stars" are to judged on their performances not their size or looks. If they keep in the same vein their actions and words will turn a lot of people off and the show will be gone.

Miss Bono, and yes she is a miss or ms. Is still a female. Just because she is tring to look like a fat man doesn't make her a man. She was born a female and she will always be that. So she can have stuff removed, or add attachments on but in the end she is still a female. She will never ever be a man, no matter how much money her mother has. Most likely she will never be happy either until she comes to grip with it.

Chaz, regardless of gender, is a human being. He couldn't dance and everyone knew it so voting him off makes sense. However, he was continually given negative feedback and criticism on his looks and it seemed to be for laughs - at his expense. Cher's criticism is understandable as a Mom and I agree with her. Not fair and biased!

if this person wanted to be judged on his talent, he would have been voted off at the git go--give me a break "poor me,the judges were so blatantly rude" good for the judges, I still go what they say as they are the professionals.

I questioned Chaz before the show started, but watching him grow throughout the show and watching him grow as a person as well as a dancer, I was truly hoping he would go a little further. Unfortunately, he was voted off, there were better dancers. I do agree that the male judges, especially Bruno, which really surprises me, was so cruel with the name calling....It offended me. I can only imaging how it felt to Chaz. I give Chaz all the credit in the world and am so proud of him for holding his head up high and being a great person....
P.S. I truly would have loved to see a Carson/Chaz final...that would have been awesome...

I believe that Chaz & Lacey were much better than Maksim & his partner. Can't believe they made it thru. Yes I think judge Bruno needs replacing. His bias is showing. Also better than Nancy Grace actually. Chaz is right, you were looking at his weight not his dancing.

I though he was a terrible dancer, end of. It had nothing to do with him personally, he seemed like a very nice person and I certainly wish him the best. I do agree with Cher though that the penguin comment was a little harsh and of course Cher is upset that is her child. Some of the READER COMMENTS posted here are totally out of line, name calling and personal attacks have no place here, they should be ashamed of themselves, not because of god or whatever you believe but because we should all be decent and civil to one another instead of spewing hatred towards another human being.

I think he was lucky to make it as many weeks as he did.

It was put on the show as another publicity/we love all aberrations stunt. It couldn't even turn around without wobbling much less dance. The fact that it made it onto the show should result in lawsuits from anyone who was denied the chance to be there.

Chaz is overweight. Right? He is learning to dance . Right? He couldn't cut it . Right? He's gone. Right! It's a contest. Give me a break!

Chaz is stating his opinion just like anyone else would have.He believes he should not be called names like ewok or penguin.I did not feel it was necessary for Bruno to call him names (Bruno get with the program and critic the dancing not insult the person).Chaz seems to be a kind,shy,gentle person and attempted to do his best which is what all the contestants where asked to do when they signed up for the show. Not a supporter of what you did, however I did support you on the dance floor as an individual. The remarks toward you were no more hurtful than the remarks made to the other dancers. I think you tried really hard but the competion was really stiff. I'm glad you did the show and I wish you well!

Weight is not what was the factor here. This season and past seasons have had overweight men and women learning to dance. Improve or get voted off. Chaz is not the only one getting beat up on this show. He may not be the most graceful on the DWTS dance floor but he will be on any other dance floor if he dances at a nightclub and uses what he learned.

The "penguin" comment made by Bruno was way out of line. The judges need to show respect for ALL dancers!
