Chelsea Handler and Hotelier Andre Balazs Still Going Strong

Comedienne Chelsea Handler is still dating Uma Thurman’s ex, hotelier Andre Balazs, with whom she was first spotted in January this year, at the Sundance Film Festival. Not only that, but they also seem closer than ever, it has emerged.

As we also noted at the time, the two arrived together at Sundance and were then seen repeatedly on dates – and even kissing in public.

At a recent pre-Oscars party, the two left no doubt about the state of their relationship, Us Magazine writes, putting an appearance as a couple and even sneaking in a kiss or two when they could.

“About a month after Handler, 35, was spotted smooching Uma Thurman’s hotelier ex, 54, the duo packed on the PDA at a Hollywood bash on Wednesday,” Us writes.

“Alongside such A-listers as Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway, Gerard Butler and others, the pair were ‘inseparable’ at an intimate pre-Oscars bash hosted by Hollywood honcho Harvey Weinstein, a witness tells Us Magazine,” the publication further writes.

“The comedienne was ‘giggling’ as Balazs whispered in her ear as they chatted up Ginnifer Goodwin. ‘She rarely left his side,’ the reveler adds; the happy pair even spent a moment in the lobby making out!” says the same celebrity magazine.

Before Balazs, Chelsea was linked in the media to rapper 50 Cent, but they both denied they were anything more than just good friends.

Still, speculation has it that Handler chose to break up with Fiddy over Christmas, which came as a shock to him since he believed things were going well.

Heartbroken, 50 Cent spent the winter holidays sending her gifts, while she kept returning every one of them, with a note saying that “I can buy my own gifts,” which, in turn, made him even more miserable.

“As for Handler’s new man? ‘He’s exactly her type,’ a pal told Us,” the magazine says.
