As I've told you recently, Windows 8.1 will come with an improved Metro Control Panel that's supposed to make everything a bit easier even for beginners.

A photo gallery published by Twitter user AngelWZR shows the design of the new Control Panel, including the reworked search tool that allows you to quickly find the option you're looking to configure.

In addition, the “Top settings” are also there, providing one-click/one-tap access to lock screen, account picture, and picture password settings.

While it hasn't been confirmed yet, this appears to be the final preview build of Windows 8.1 that's going to be unveiled later this month in San Francisco. As far as the stable version of the operating system is concerned, expect it to be released sometime later this year, most likely just in time for the holiday season.
