This movie scene from Turkish movie “Kareteci Kız,” or Karate Girl, shows a man getting kicked in the head and shot twice before he actually dies, a minute later.

The movie was released in 1973, which explains the hair and the clothes, but not the extreme overacting. You can actually see the man in the scene squeeze on a fake blood capsule in one of the first scenes.

IMDB gives this painful to watch scene a little bit of context. Zeynep is a mute girl that loses her father when five prison fugitives shoot him during a burglary. She refuses to give them up to the police, in a plan to seek revenge.

She learns martial arts and how to shoot a gun, and falls in love with her teacher, not knowing he is, in fact, a policeman. On their wedding day, Murat, the love of her life, is shot by the same men that killed her father, and she starts gunning them down, one by one.
