14 DAY TRIAL // As you all know, Lindsay Lohan is in rehab and a first photo of her in the clinic has surfaced. It looks to me like Lindsay is doing very well, and she certainly looks better than she did on other occasions.
According to HuffPost, this shot of her was taken at the Cliffside Malibu rehab center where she is serving her court-allotted stint.
Lohan is obviously allowed to smoke, as she is holding a cigarette while she stands on the balcony.
The 26-year-old star left the Betty Ford Center last week, alleging that patients there are using drugs.
"There are drugs all over the place inside there. It was a big problem and that’s why she wanted out," Michael Lohan said.
