Check Out Twitter's Best 'Worst' Job Ad Video

There's a lot of competition for talent in Silicon Valley. Twitter's has plenty of cash to throw around, thanks to several well funded rounds, but Google, Facebook, Apple and so on have a lot more.

Twitter is betting on small company charm to get more applicants, though Twitter hasn't exactly been small for a couple of years now.

It's put together an ad to entice people to come its way looking for jobs and, even if doesn't manage to do that, it will probably going to make them laugh.

The concept was to make the best "worst" job ad of all time and Twitter managed to do a great job at that, though it's somewhat of a dubious honor. Check out the video and judge for yourself.
