Since the holiday season is coming up, you might want to consider tablets as a viable gift option. Browsing through the vast Android budget slate category available on the market, we find countless models to choose from, so another addition wouldn't hurt.

Medion is bringing in another option from the mid-range category, called the LifeTab E7310. This device comes with a 7-inch screen and boasts a decent resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Under the bonnet, the manufacturing company has packed an ARM Cortex A9 CPU running at 1.4GHz, says Slashgear.

Judging by the configurations, you’ll be able to both work and play on the slate. There’s 8GB of internal storage and you can add on up to 64GB via microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC memory cards.

For taking pictures, there are two cameras bundled by Medion (a 0.3MP frontal one and the 2MP rear one.) Other accessories, like keyboards, can be connected via the USB port. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are provided as well.

The E7310 will be available for purchase starting November 15 from ASDA online locations and brick and mortar stores. Medion has priced the slate very affordably at just £77 / $122 / €92.
