Church is not allowed to use her accounts, because she spends too much money. Her financial adviser reported she already spent $2 million on vacations and shopping.
So, for now, Church, 19, won't be able to access her millions until she learns "the value of money". The adviser told Charlotte that she won't have access to her accounts if she remains irresponsible.
She revealed: "I'm not getting my cash - full stop. It's staying until I learn the value of money and maybe that'll take another 50 years."
Charlotte Church, born February 21, 1986, made a cameo appearance on the US CBS series "Touched by an Angel", which established her unique talents as a soprano at such a young age.
She later appeared on numerous PBS specials and television commercials, most notably in the acclaimed "Just Wave Hello" campaign for the Ford Motor Company. The song appeared on her self-titled second album.
