Soprano Charlotte Church slammed Girls Aloud member Cheryl Tweedy for accusing her of plagiarism.
Two months ago, Tweedy claimed that Charlotte copied their first Girls Aloud album and their image for her debut in the pop music. A source told The Sun: "She says Charlotte has no originality and reckons she is trying to copy the image that made them a chart success."
And now, a furious Charlotte hits back at Tweedy, saying Girls Aloud will never be able to reach her performances as a singer, because"they just don't have the range".
In a webchat with The Sun she explained: "Girls Aloud wouldn't be able to sing 'Crazy Chick' if they possibly tried. They just don't have the range, darling. And when they've sold as many records as me, then they can comment.
The singer also confessed that she actually likes Nadine and Kimberly, but she can't stand Tweedy.
"Maybe Cheryl is bitter. Actually I don't mind the rest of them. I've met Nadine and Kimberly a few times and they're nice. But Cheryl can go and take a running jump!"
