She is one of the most beautiful women on earth and, until just recently, it was believed she did little in terms of dieting to stay in such extraordinary shape. Charlize Theron was photographed the other day with a box of Lean Body, which are shakes that serve as meal replacements and thus encourage weight loss – so this can only mean she is using this diet aid, the Daily Mail says.

As the British publication also points out, a while back, Charlize credited her enviable figure to eating six meals a day, moderation and plenty of exercise whenever she could. Now, one may be justified to believe she’s also getting some extra help from the diet aid. Of course, should that be the case, she wouldn’t be the first – nor the last, come to think of it – celebrity to do so.

“Now Charlize Theron’s true diet secrets have been revealed, after the 34-year-old actress was spotted clutching a box of meal replacement shakes. Dressed in a loose-fitting white shirt and skinny jeans, Theron made no attempt to hide the diet aid as she stepped out in Los Angeles yesterday. Lean Body meal replacement shakes, from Labrada nutrition, contain high protein levels but low amounts of carbohydrates, to ‘make it easy to stay in great shape, and perform at your peak,’ according to the company’s website,” the Mail writes.

Moreover, Lean Body is not a con, as may be the case with product claiming to return similar results now available on the market, the tab goes on to point out. “The shakes, which can be mixed with water to make a ‘delicious drink,’ were even awarded an American Tasting Institute Gold Medal. While Theron does not appear to need to lose any weight, she is one of a number of celebrities who rely on meal replacement shakes when they feel like they need to shed a few pounds,” writes the Mail.

Speaking of shakes, the other day, Men’s Health magazine officially announced its choice for America’s unhealthiest drink and, of course, it’s a milkshake with chocolate icecream and peanut butter. Though with an exquisite taste that makes it worth the trip to California, this shake is a genuine health bomb, coming in at 2,010 calories, 131 grams of fat and 153 grams of sugar.
