Robert Pattinson isn't the only one who's turned his back on Kristen Stewart after word got out in the press that she cheated on him with Rupert Sanders, the married director of “Snow White.” Her co-star Charlize Theron will most certainly do the same thing.

The two may have played antagonists in the film, but they were really close when the cameras weren't rolling, an insider tells Radar Online.

In fact, Charlize even confided in Kristen about her adoption plans and asked her whether she'd not like to be the godmother of the baby.

Obviously, they were more than co-workers: they had become very close friends.

When she found out that Kristen had been sleeping with Sanders all along, Charlize literally blew a fuse. Adding insult to injury is the fact that she's also good friends with Liberty Ross, Sanders' wife.

“Charlize is absolutely fuming with Kristen for having an affair with Rupert. She is very tight with Liberty, has often socialized with the family over dinner and cannot believe Kristen has done this,” an inside source says.

“When they were filming Snow White and the Huntsman, Charlize felt like an older sister to Kristen, and they were always sharing advice,” adds the spy.

“Charlize had no idea what was going on between Rupert and Kristen and now feels completely betrayed by the whole incident. It’s certainly left Charlize between a rock and a hard place, because she feels great sympathy for Liberty and the kids and yet, she has a sisterly love for Kristen,” the source goes on to say.

Both Kristen and Sanders have owned up to a “momentary indiscretion.” Neither Robert Pattinson, whom Kristen has been dating for 3 years, nor Liberty, the mother of Sanders' 2 kids, has issued any kind of response to the cheating scandal.
