Charlie Sheen’s ex wives and the kids he has with them may be one big happy family, but not the same goes for his former mother in law, Moira Fiore, who is dragging him to court over an older real estate transaction.

Fiore is Brooke’s mom and, in court papers obtained by TMZ, she claims the actor promised her one thing and she believed him, but he stiffed her the moment he had the chance.

Fiore filed the lawsuit against Sheen and his real estate agent, Marty Trugman, whom she hired to find and buy Sheen a new home.

According to Fiore, she was supposed to be handling the transaction. She searched for a house and hired the agent to broker the deal, in exchange for 25% of his commission.

Trugman never paid Fiore the agreed sum, she claims in court documents.

“But here's the twist,” TMZ writes. “Charlie will be subpoenaed not by Moira, but by the agent, Marty Trugman. Moira claims Charlie gave her authority to find a house, and she tapped Marty as the agent when he promised to give her 25% of his commission.”

The agent denies such an agreement was ever made.

“Both Moira and Marty have named Brooke as a key witness, but she's a drug addict so her credibility is shaky, to say the least,” the report further notes.

“At the time Moira filed her suit, Charlie told TMZ she was ‘skimming the deal,’ and if she got any money it should go to him or his twins,” TMZ says.

One thing is certain though: with Brooke Mueller back in rehab after falling off the wagon hard, Sheen will probably have to show up in court and even testify against his former mother in law. As they say, stranger things have happened.
