He may be out of a job but one thing that Charlie Sheen has plenty of right now is optimism. After the announcement from Warner Bros. that he was fired from “Two and a Half Men,” the actor got on the roof of a building, machete and tiger blood in hand, to proclaim his freedom.

TMZ has video of Charlie Sheen on the roof a building in LA. He’s holding a machete in his hand and he’s also drinking from a bottle of red liquid, with the words “Tiger Blood” on the label.

Asked about how he feels about being let go from the most successful sitcom of our times, Sheen gives quite a surprising reply.

While others would be at home, feeling down for losing a $2 million check per each single episode shot, Charlie is actually happy that he’s free.

In saying this, Sheen gives more room for speculation that he’s got other projects lined up and that he will actually be making more money now that he’s out of his contract with Warners and CBS.

“Charlie Sheen just climbed to the top of a building in Beverly Hills, pulled out a MASSIVE machete and waved it around in post-termination triumph... all while drinking a bottle of Tiger Blood,” TMZ writes.

“It all went down at the Live Nation office building in Beverly Hills, where Charlie said he had a top-secret meeting with some old friends,” the e-zine further reports.

“After sheathing his blade, Charlie was asked how he felt about being fired from ‘Two and a Half Men’ – to which he replied, ‘Free at last... free at last’,” TMZ says.

As we also informed you earlier today, Warner Bros. decided to fire Sheen “effective immediately” from the show, but there is still a vague possibility that the series will return without him sometime in the future.

In light of recent events, there is also some talk online that Sheen’s erratic behavior for the past month might be nothing but a publicity stunt, similar to the one Joaquin Phoenix pulled when shooting for the faux documentary “I’m Still Here.”
