Despite the fact that Charlie Sheen claims he's head over heels about his latest love interest, adult actress Brett Rossi, the lovable blond might have some big skeletons hidden in her closet.

As Charlie revealed last week that he and Rossi were engaged and were already planning their wedding, Radar comes in to report that Rossi won't be able to go through with the proceedings, at least not legally, since she's still technically married.

Court records show that Rossi is at the moment in the middle of a divorce with her current husband, Jonathan Ross, who was the one filing for a separation on July 18, 2013. And here's the good part: Brett didn't file the response papers to the divorce until January 30, 2014, which is a mere two weeks ago.

Speculations could leave us to believe that she didn't want to agree to the divorce until she knew for certain that Charlie would man up and pop the question, thus ensuring that she will be married to a Hollywood star.

Charlie is more than likely aware of the situation and has given Rossi use of his famed family law attorney, Mark Gross. There's no denying that Mark knows what he's doing since he managed to sort out Sheen's quite complicated past family history in such a way that Sheen always came out on top.

Rossi's marriage to said Jonathan Ross lasted a little over a year, but it didn't result in any children, which is going to make the divorce a lot simpler.

If she goes through with the divorce and then marries Charlie Sheen without a prenup, as it's been speculated, Brett Rossi stands to get a part of the quite hefty estate of the Hollywood actor. Charlie is still milking the royalties from the hit TV sitcom “Two and a Half Men” and he's also standing to make more money from “Anger Management,” once the show is syndicated.
