14 DAY TRIAL // You’d think that a man who’s been married 3 times and has 5 children with his previous 3 wives would be a bit more cautious when it comes to tying the knot the fourth time, especially with a woman much younger than himself. Clearly, Charlie Sheen doesn’t think it necessary.
Charlie proposed to his 24-year-old girlfriend, adult star Brett Rossi over the weekend, after he scooped her to Hawaii on his private jet. He had joked about this on social media before, but this time the engagement was the real deal, as they both told the press afterwards.
Despite reports that he’s already talked to his attorneys to draw up a prenup to safeguard him in the eventuality of a divorce, Charlie himself tells TMZ that there would be no need for that where Brett is concerned.
“Charlie – who's been married 3 times – also tells us he WON'T demand a formal prenup from Brett. Charlie says, ‘Prenups poison marriages.’ According to Charlie, his form of prenup will be short and sweet... one line: ‘You keep your [stuff] and I'll keep mine,’” the celebrity publication writes.
That sounds like a prenup, even if Charlie doesn’t want to regard or refer to it as such. A man of his standing and fortune is bound to take legal measures before embarking on a new “venture,” even if said venture is marriage.
The actor also says for the same media outlet that he and Brett have talked about having children and will proceed to add more members to their family soon.
“At 24 she's not experienced the joy of child birth, and she wants a family. Charlie will accommodate her, but he says not right away. As Charlie put it, ‘I'm having way too much fun with her right now. So much fun it should be illegal.’ Charlie says Brett has spent time with twins Bob and Max. He says she loves them and vice versa,” TMZ writes.
Sheen doesn’t mention a wedding date. Various reports online note that Rossi is determined to retire from her line of work and try a career as a nurse.
